2. What the customiser provides
The customiser is a planning tool to help you build and price a configuration. Product images, dimensions, pricing and availability are provided in good faith but may change. Your final order, pricing and delivery details are confirmed at checkout or by our team.
3. Lead details and purpose
When you enter your name and email in the splash screen, Garden Trends stores those details with session data to:
- support your enquiry and customiser journey
- follow up on your requested configuration
- provide product, stock and ordering assistance
4. Data use and retention
Your details are used for sales and support communications related to your customiser activity and Draco Grills products. Data is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, sales support and record-keeping.
5. Third parties
We may use service providers (such as hosting and technical support partners) to run the customiser and process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
